Ingredients:
- Basil Leaves
- Pine Nuts
- Parmesan Cheese
- Quality Olive Oil
- Sea Salt

Instructions:
Use a Pestle and mortar :
- Crush the garlic with a good pinch of sea salt to fine-paste.
- Add the basil leaves and crush until the leaves become a pulp.
- Add the Pine Nuts and crush them again into a paste
- Add the grated Parmesan and 2 TBSP of water
- Mix to combine and slowly stir in the olive oil

This Pesto is the traditional version; depending on your taste, you can add or remove some ingredients. For example, you can use walnuts or Almond instead of pine nuts. Adding some dried mint can make a fresh taste to your pesto.
